They are passionate about providing clients a relaxing experience, a place they can be themselves, receive a top of the line men’s grooming service, all while enjoying a refreshing beverage. Plus, at every location, clients can watch their favorite sports on TV or relive heir childhood on one of their classic arcade games.
\nDiesel Barbershop was born out of Founder, Shayne Brown’s experience growing up around his mother who worked in a hair salon, where he received a good, reliable cut every time in a clean shop – and with very little drama.
\nUpon leaving his hometown, Shayne searched far and wide for a similar experience and instead, found bad service, terrible cuts, dirty environments, and indifferent attitudes. After working as a Financial Advisor and Real Estate Developer, he started conceptualizing Diesel.
\nDiesel is the result of that 20+ year journey that included feathered hair, mullets, goatees, and faux hawks.
\nThe first Diesel Barbershop opened in 2011 in San Antonio, TX. It’s the modern-day version of the vintage corner barbershop, and appeals to what today’s customers want in a haircut experience: part barbershop, part old-school record store, and part arcade.
\nIn short, a barbershop with high quality haircuts, shaves, beard trims, waxing services, and shoulder massages. All done while having a beverage.
